Build Your Session

Stack any two.
Or all three.

Tap the tiles below to stack a session. One licensed provider means the massage informs the training, the training informs the corrective work, and nothing gets siloed. This is what "hybrid" actually looks like.

The Studio

Inside Mission Accomplish Gym.

The studio is Suite 107 in the Rainier Plaza at 5601 W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick — inside Mission Accomplish Gym. Coaching sessions happen on the main gym floor with full access to racks, cables, sleds, and turf. Massage and corrective work happen in the treatment room.

It is the kind of setup that lets one provider actually deliver on the hybrid promise — no shuttling between a therapy clinic and a training facility. Everything happens in one visit.

Flagship Program

8 Weeks to Wellness.

A 4-to-8 week Corrective Exercise Program built to relieve chronic pain by rebuilding the movement pattern underneath. Not stretching. Not "just do more cardio." A programmed sequence that maps the problem, retrains the pattern, and hands you the drill library to keep it fixed.

  • 1 Movement assessment — find the pattern that hurts.
  • 2 Programmed corrective drills, week over week.
  • 3 Bundle option: two one-hour sessions with pain-relief massage.
  • 4 Handoff — you keep the drill library after the program ends.

"Byron rebuilt my rotation from the hips up. My drives went further and my low-back finally stopped screaming after 18 holes. The mix of corrective work plus deep tissue is what I was missing."

Jordan M.

Amateur golfer

"The sports massage + IASTM combo before my last long run was the difference between limping through mile 18 and PR'ing. He knows exactly what a runner's body is doing wrong before you tell him."

Alexis R.

Richland, WA

Marathon runner

"I came in with a nagging shoulder from years of desk work. Eight weeks in Byron's corrective program and I can bench again without the sharp pinch. He's a coach and a therapist in one — real ROI on my time."

Marcus D.

Pasco, WA

"The hybrid session — training then cupping — has become my weekly reset. My hip mobility is night-and-day different, and my paddle game caught up quick. Highly recommend to anyone in the Tri-Cities."
