Booking & contact questions.
Direct, no-fluff answers to the questions we hear most. Not seeing yours? Ask Byron
How much does a session cost?
Pricing depends on service and length. Standalone massage sessions are booked and priced directly on MassageBook. Coaching and hybrid stacks are quoted per person after a short intake — send a message with what you are working on and Byron will follow up with pricing and availability.
What are Byron's hours?
Hands of Time Wellness runs by appointment, with visible availability Monday through Friday during afternoon and evening windows. Book online via MassageBook to see live openings, or call (602) 380-7829 to arrange a time.
Do I need to be an athlete to work with Byron?
No. Sports Wellness Coaching is one of three pillars — the other two (Personal Wellness Coaching and Massage Therapy) are built for anyone dealing with pain, tightness, low energy, or a movement goal. If you can walk into Mission Accomplish Gym, you can start.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions run out of 5601 W Clearwater Ave, Unit 107 in Kennewick — the studio inside Mission Accomplish Gym at the Rainier Plaza. Coaching sessions use the main gym floor; massage and corrective work happen in the treatment room.
