Flagship program

8 Weeks to Wellness.

A 4-to-8 week Corrective Exercise Program built to get you out of chronic pain — low back, shoulder, knee, hip — by rebuilding the movement pattern underneath. One licensed provider, one plan, one visit.

Who it's for

If the pain has been there long enough to have a name.

"8 Weeks to Wellness" is for the person who has already tried the obvious things — stretching, ice, an ibuprofen habit, maybe a couple of PT visits — and the pain keeps coming back. It comes back because nothing rewrote the movement pattern that caused it in the first place.

Byron maps the pattern, rebuilds it, then hands you the drill library so the fix outlasts the program. Sessions are one-on-one at Mission Accomplish Gym in Kennewick.

  • Low back

You've been told to 'strengthen your core' for years — but nobody mapped the actual movement pattern feeding the pain.

  • Shoulder

Impingement, rotator cuff aggravation, or the ache that shows up every time you press overhead.

  • Knee

The knee is rarely the problem — it's usually catching for the hip or the ankle. The corrective plan hunts upstream.

  • Hip

Tight hip flexors, glutes that won't fire, or that catchy pinch on deeper squats and lunges.

The plan

Eight weeks. Four phases. One licensed provider.

The program is programmed, not improvised. Every phase has a clear deliverable so you know what "done" looks like, and every phase can flex shorter if your body responds fast.

  1. 01 Weeks 1–2

    Assessment & baseline

Full movement screen, joint-by-joint check, sport / life demands audit. You leave the first session with the map — which patterns are broken, what is compensating for what, and where the corrective plan will start.

  2. 02 Weeks 3–4

    Rebuild the pattern

Targeted mobility, activation, and re-patterning drills. Sessions are one-on-one so the reps get coached, not just counted. This is where pain starts backing off — because the joints stop asking the wrong muscles to save them.

  3. 03 Weeks 5–6

    Load & integrate

The rebuilt pattern gets loaded — under real weight, real range, and real-life speed. Massage therapy can be layered in here as a Hybrid Session to keep tissue quality ahead of the training stress.

  4. 04 Weeks 7–8

    Own it & hand-off

You walk out with a drill library — the exact 6–10 movements that keep the fix in place — plus a re-check protocol so you know when to come back and when you're fine on your own.

What's in the box

Everything you need for the fix to stick.

The program is not a punch-card of workouts — it is a mapped plan with a real hand-off. When it ends, you have the movements, the cues, and the re-check protocol so you stay out of pain without living in a clinic.

  • Initial movement assessment (60 min)
  • One-on-one corrective sessions (weekly)
  • Custom drill library (video + written)
  • Massage / IASTM layering as needed
  • Text access to Byron between sessions
  • Final re-check & self-maintenance plan

Why "8 Weeks to Wellness"

Programmed corrective work. Not another drop-in mobility class.

One provider, not three

You aren't juggling a PT, a trainer, and a massage therapist who never talk. Byron is licensed across all three — the massage informs the training, the training informs the corrective work.

Program, not a class

"8 Weeks to Wellness" is a programmed sequence with an assessment, weekly progressions, and a hand-off — not a drop-in session you have to repeat forever.

Runs at Mission Accomplish

Sessions happen on a real training floor — racks, cables, turf lanes — so the corrective work loads into real strength, not just floor mobility.

Stackable with massage

The most-requested version bundles the corrective plan with pain-relief massage in the same visit. Fewer trips, faster progress.

Corrective Exercise FAQ

Program questions, answered.

Direct, no-fluff answers to the questions we hear most. Not seeing yours? Ask Byron

Is "8 Weeks to Wellness" the same as physical therapy?

"8 Weeks to Wellness" is a corrective exercise program, not physical therapy. Byron is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Performance Coach — he programs movement-based interventions for pain relief and pattern rebuilding. If you have an acute injury or a condition requiring medical diagnosis, see a physician or licensed physical therapist first; Byron works alongside that care once you are cleared for training.

How long is each session?

Standalone corrective sessions run about 60 minutes. Hybrid Sessions — corrective exercise + massage in the same visit — run 75–90 minutes depending on what the plan calls for that week. Frequency is typically one to two sessions per week for the length of the program.

Do I need to already be in shape to start?

No. The first two weeks are assessment and baseline work — the whole point is to meet you where your movement actually is, not where you wish it was. Beginners, deconditioned lifters, and lifelong athletes coming back from injury all start the same way: with a movement screen.

What if my pain gets better in 4 weeks instead of 8?

Then the program flexes down — that is why it is called "4-to-8 Weeks to Wellness" in practice. If you clear the corrective phase early, the remaining weeks convert into loading and pattern integration so the fix actually holds. You are not paying for time you do not need.

Can I add massage into the program?

Yes — the most-requested version of the program bundles corrective exercise with pain-relief massage in the same visit as a Hybrid Session. It is usually the fastest way through the plan because the tissue work and the pattern work amplify each other. Ask Byron to build the stack when you inquire.

How do I start?

Send a message describing the pain, how long it has been going on, and what you've already tried. Byron will follow up within a business day with pricing, a first-session slot, and whether a Hybrid Session is the right fit for you.
